My morning smoothie gave me a little energy boost!
Yield: 1/2 liter
- 1 banana
- 1/2 pineapple
- a bowl of spinach
- a cup of water (you can add more water if you want it to be more juicy than creamy)
- you just have to mix all the ingredients together in a powerful blender and you have your green sunshine!:)
You can also keep your smoothie in the fridge for a day or two. But of course, the sooner you drink it, the better the nutrients stay!
