In total awe at the collective energy that is created every single time within this sacred and cosy space. I sometimes have to pinch myself at how the Universe sprinkles it’s moon dust to bring women together who speak the same soul language. The moment these women step in that old town charming studio, I can feel their energy and just how special it feels to enter a cocoon of support, love and freedom. . I realise how much we need a space to be heard and seen, without judgement. To express all of our emotions. Through presence, connection, dancing, tuning in and pausing from our full lives to connect back to our bodies, to celebrate our aliveness, to share our stories and to manifest from that place, our dreams and intentions. To take time to envision what we truly desire. To believe in our own strength and magic to co-create with the Universe. To let go of limiting beliefs so we can shine our light. To find support through soul sisters. As I listened to the women speak last night, sharing from their hearts and seeing their lights, it gave me goosebumps to feel their power.
